About
Andy Shorthill is the President and Chief Advisor of Advantage Ministry Partners LLC. Andy accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in 1989. He is an ordained SBC pastor and has served in the local church for over three decades.
Andy has acquired more than 25 years of experience managing Fortune 500 client relationships and helping the development of corporate and nonprofit organizations in project management, executive leadership, and strategic planning. Serving full-time in ministry for the last 10 years, he also has experience consulting in community engagement, ministry programming, best business practices, and church administration.
Andy lives in Jefferson, Georgia, with his beautiful wife Janine. Together they raised their daughter Emily, now married to her incredible husband Ben. In addition, Janine and Andy have had the honor of fostering two teenage brothers, now grown and married with beautiful families of their own.
